When leaving the current assignment Homebase staff will take care of various problems to allow the transferees to concentrate on their return.
DESCRIPTION:
Utilities disconnection (electricity, gas, water, garbage)
Notify the owner of the apartment of the lease termination period.
Communication to the Competent offices of the client departure and cancellation of italian document issued.
Draw up of check form and negotiation with the landlord of deposit refund (if applicable)
Notification to the post office and Forward of mail to the new address.
Cancellation from clubs and associations.
40 days telephone assistance and access to our concierge services during working hours. The client will be able to request and obtain: an internet account, personal email and enroll into a mailing list that provides information on selected topics. A temporary mail address will also be provided for traditional mail along with a fax number
