Telephone assistance and access to our concierge services during working hours. The client will be able to request and obtain: an internet account, personal email and enroll into a mailing list that provides information on selected topics. A temporary mail address will also be provided for traditional mail along with a fax number

 
A pamphlet about Italian for foreigners and cross cultural communication will be given to our clients and upon request, we organize a language course or an excursion, a tour or a leisure & learning holiday.
