CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNICATION TRAINING FOR SERVICE INDUSTRY.
Standard Course Description
20 HOURS- For Individuals and groups
The evolution of the global market with its ever changing social composition created many challenges for managers and persons working together but residing in different locations. The communication by pure language alone does not ensure the successful communication between the two parties. It is also very important to understand the cultural differences, values, social structure, and how they perceive space and time when setting up relationships with these cultures
In meetings and confrontations with others at work or in every day life culturally different individuals may misunderstand each other or have troubles in achieving personal or professional pre-set goals. These problems often are caused by individuals not understanding important signs, objects, movements and symbols when trying to make a deal or when communicating with an individual or group of persons from another nationality.
